What's for sale?
This is a large, one and a half-pint, flat-lid jug, enamelled in green and with a pewter lid and scrolled thumb piece. This would originally have been made in the Victorian period when the lids were a necessary addition to protect the contents. It's a very simple design and we love the deep green and scrolled handle.
