This is a small, flared sugar bowl by Price & Kensington potteries, hand-decorated in their collectable, spongeware, blue sheep design.
Spongeware has the decoration applied by hand, using shaped pieces of sponge. There was a full range of tableware available in this range, including teapots, mugs, plates and various servers.

It's modern made, from a discontinued range of tableware by the Staffordshire pottery Price & Kensington. The maker's mark reads:

- There are flecks of coloured glaze inside from manufacture
